Our Cameras

The Art & Design has several cameras that you can check out for use during this course.
Check-outs are generally available from noon until 10am the next morning.
Weekend checkouts can be picked up by 4:30pm on Friday (but its best to call x4426 to find the best time to come by).
To check out cameras, or to reserve equipment for a particular time, go to the Art & Design department's main office. To check out camera equipment you must be on the list of faculty-approved art/design students, and have signed the terms and conditions for camera check-out.

Currently, the DSLRs available are Nikon D7100s, D7000s and D90s.
The links below have extensive information about each camera.
If you want to get familiar with basic controls, features and use of these cameras, I recommend the DigiTutor D7100, DigiTutor D7000 and DigiTutor D90 as a great way to start. Ideally, have the camera with you when you view the tutorial.
